HsfCore Control Center
Privacy policy
Plain language, no surprises.
What we store
For each Discord server that adds HsfCore we keep the server's name, icon and ID, the settings you choose in the dashboard, the panels you build, moderation cases, level progress, ticket records, poll votes, temporary voice channel ownership and a short activity log of actions taken from the dashboard.
When you sign in we store your Discord user ID, username, avatar and the list of servers you can manage, so the dashboard can show the right servers. That sign-in expires after seven days.
What we don't store
We do not keep a copy of your server's chat history. Messages are only read in the moment so automod, channel rules, levels and autoresponders can react, and are then discarded. Ticket transcripts are the one exception, and only when you turn them on.
We never sell data and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Settings and panels stay until you change or delete them. If the bot is removed from a server, that server's data can be deleted on request. Sign-in sessions expire automatically.
Deleting your data
Remove the bot from your server and ask the server owner to request deletion through the support channel listed in your community. We remove the stored settings, panels, cases, levels, tickets and poll votes for that server.
Security
The dashboard checks on the server side that you have the Manage Server permission before it lets you read or change anything. The bot talks to the panel through a single secured key, and credentials are never shown in the dashboard or stored in your browser.
